SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dispatch

All signs are manufactured at our factory in Miranda, NSW — no import delays, no offshore lead times.

In-stock items dispatch the next business day after your order is placed.

Custom and made-to-order signs are produced to your specifications. Production lead time depends on the job and is confirmed with your quote or order confirmation. If you have a deadline, tell us before you order and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

Sydney metro: 1–2 business days
NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro: 1–4 business days
SA, WA, NT, TAS and regional areas: allow additional time

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If your project has a fixed install date, contact us first.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $55. For orders under $55, delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via Australia Post or courier, depending on the size of your order and its destination. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Urgent orders

If your order is time-critical, contact us before ordering — email hello@brailleco.com.au or call (02) 8313 0500. We'll confirm stock, production time and the fastest delivery option for your deadline.

Local pickup — Sydney

Pickup is available from our factory at 6/15-23 Kumulla Road, Miranda NSW 2228. Select local pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-collection email before coming in.

Bulk and trade orders

Delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we can't redirect an order once it's with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the packaging and product and we'll arrange a replacement.
