Delivery Information
BrailleCo supplies Braille, tactile and statutory signage across Australia, with fast dispatch from our warehouse in Miranda, NSW. We aim to make ordering compliant signage simple and reliable for businesses, builders and project teams nationwide.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over $55.
In-stock items are typically dispatched the same day or next business day. If your order is urgent, please contact our team and we will do our best to assist.
Estimated delivery times (Standard Shipping)
NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC (Metro):
1–4 business days
SA & TAS (Metro):
3–5 business days
WA & NT (Metro):
5–8 business days
Regional areas:
Please allow an additional 2–4 business days on top of the metro delivery estimates. In some regional areas deliveries may be made to the closest post office.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays).
While we always aim to meet delivery requests, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected.
Sydney Pickup
BrailleCo also offers free pickup from our Sydney location.
For urgent orders, same-day or next-day pickup may be available.

Pickup is FREE of charge.
Simply select Pickup at Checkout when placing your order.
Once your order is confirmed, BrailleCo will contact you by email to arrange a suitable pickup day and time.

Shipping Disclaimer
All orders are dispatched from our BrailleCo warehouse in Miranda, Sydney.
While we work with trusted carriers to deliver your order promptly, BrailleCo cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once parcels have left our facility.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the extent of the issue.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, we may request photos of the damaged or faulty item.
If the product needs to be returned to us, BrailleCo will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Please note:
• Claims must be submitted within 100 days of dispatch
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card or PayPal)
• BrailleCo reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above
